Key duties

• Developing and implementing BD strategies
• Managing and driving the development of existing client relationships in collaboration with the heads of practices
• Driving firm cross-selling initiatives between the practices and industry groups
• Managing a work on pitches and RfPs
• Providing research and analysis to support the identification of new clients and the enhancement of existing client relationships
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements

• 3+ years expertise in business development
• Focus on strategic selling and client relationship management
• Ability to execute multiple work streams
• Strong analytical thinking and emotional intelligence
• Fluent English
• A law degree or work experience in a law firm is an advantage
