Key Requirements

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university, foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience as an associate with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm (Corporate and M&A Practice)
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian. Fluency in other foreign languages, especially German, is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills
• Ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)

Main responsibilities

• Advising the firm's clients on a wide range of matters in the area of M&A and corporate law
• Drafting and revising various types of legal documents in Ukrainian and foreign languages
• Participating in due diligence process, drafting due diligence reports
• Participating in negotiations
• Performing other assignments upon instructions of the supervisor and/or the clients' requests
