Olena Perepelynska, partner and head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES, has been included in the Approved Faculty List (AFL) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – the world’s leading UK-registered professional body for over 16,000 alternative dispute resolution practitioners in 133 countries.
The Institute has approved Olena’s candidacy for the positions of Tutor/Assessor for the course Introduction to International Arbitration and Tutor for Module 1 Law, Practice and Procedure International Arbitration. The faculty appointment is for three-year period with the performance-based opportunity of extension.

Founded in 1915, CIArb was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1979. Working in the public interest through an international network of 39 branches, it is the only membership body that covers the entire range of private dispute resolution methods – arbitration, construction adjudication and mediation – on a global scale. According to the CIArb regulations, a faculty member is a CIArb member who is a highly experienced individual with a public commitment to the profession of private dispute resolution. A faculty member may take on the role of a tutor, examiner, moderator, course director and/or assessor, and must go through stringent quality assurance processes to be approved and entered onto the AFL for a specific role and module.
Serving as the President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and having 16 years of experience in international commercial arbitration, Olena Perepelynska is one of the leading experts in the regional arbitration community. She focuses on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution, with particular expertise in agribusiness, retail, and natural resources. Since 2003, she has acted as an arbitrator and counsel in more than 120 arbitrations under the arbitration rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, SCAI, ICAC at CCIRF, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, IAC at the BelCCI, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL.
