INTEGRITES acts as a legal counsel to the local subsidiary of Eurocape, the regional leader in renewables, on the development of a wind park in Lviv region, Ukraine, with EUR 200 mln of investment involved.
The facility with the installed capacity of 100 MW is currently at the final stage of development. The installation of equipment to supply electricity to the grid is underway. The wind park will support the local communities and Ukraine’s economy by providing 116 800 households with electricity generated from a renewable source.
INTEGRITES provides Eurocape Ukraine with the comprehensive advice on energy, land and corporate law matters, including securing land rights and connecting the facility to-be-built to the grid, as well as advises on tax structuring matters.
The wind park will operate under the free market rules. This makes it one of the pioneering projects implemented in Ukraine beyond the state support mechanism based on the fixed feed-in tariff.
Led by the Managing Partner of INTEGRITES Dr. Oleksiy Feliv, the team working on the project includes partners Viktoriya Fomenko and Igor Krasovskiy, Counsel Inna Kostrytska, Special Counsel Dmytro Kiselyov, senior associates Serhii Datsiv, Kostiantyn Kharchenko, Yurii Sivovna, junior associates Iryna Karazhbei-Truska and Kateryna Lyaskovets.
