Serhii Datsiv promoted to Senior Associate in the Energy Practice at INTEGRITES

INTEGRITES announces that Serhii Datsiv has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Energy Practice. The promotion is based on the performance results and is effective from July 2021. Having joined the firm in February 2021, Serhii demonstrated high proficiency in advising on energy projects, a client-centric approach, and project management skills.

Serhii Datsiv has 8 years of experience advising renewable energy developers and foreign investors on a broad range of issues. His expertise includes legal due diligence and acquisition of the project companies, regulatory framework for the feed-in tariff, grid connection, construction and land matters, including drafting all types of project documentation. He also has a successful track record of representing clients before the local courts.

Serhii Datsiv holds a Master’s degree from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

In his new role, Serhii will contribute to the Climate Change Task Force and focus on advising mainly international investors in Ukraine’s energy sector and in particular renewables.
