INTEGRITES has been shortlisted for Partnership for Sustainability Award 2024 initiated by the UN Global Compact Ukraine. This award recognizes the collective efforts of businesses, governments, and civil society aimed at building a better future.
The shortlisted case presented by INTEGRITES for the award focuses on combating age discrimination in the labour market of Ukraine. In 2024 INTEGRITES welcomed on board Larysa Pavlenko – participant of the Senior Trainee Week, an initiative by the Enjoying Life Foundation known for its consistent action against ageism in Ukraine.
Larysa’s employment with INTEGRITES marks an important step towards inclusivity in the workplace, especially during challenging times for Ukraine.
This year, Partnership for Sustainability Award brought together over 500 cases from companies and NGOs across Ukraine, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Poland, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey.
Head of Communications at INTEGRITES Tetyana Potapova:
“It’s great to see that that this inspiring case has found support of the jury. We deeply appreciate the recognition of our steps towards making Ukrainian corporate sector more open to senior job seekers. Companies can and must benefit from their expertise and experience, and we believe that our example will encourage others to do that”.
