Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of Arbitration at INTEGRITES, President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, has been reappointed as Ukraine’s alternate member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration*.
The appointment has been made on the proposal of the President of the Court and is effective as of 1 July 2021 for the following three years, until 2024. The Council appointed 195 Court members from 121 countries.
Olena Perepelynska is one of the leading international arbitration experts in the region with 18 years of experience in the field. Since 2003, she has acted as an arbitrator and counsel in more than 140 arbitrations under the arbitration rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, SCAI, VIAC, ICAC at CCIRF, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, IAC at the BelCCI, Atameken, ICA at CCI of the Kyrgyz Republic, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL.
