INTEGRITES announces new promotions

INTEGRITES announces new appointments which are based on the results of performance evaluation in 2020 and effective from April 2021. Associates Daryna Vasylieva (International Arbitration) and Mykola Boichuk (Antitrust and Competition) are promoted to Senior Associates.

Daryna Vasylieva joined INTEGRITES in 2014 as Paralegal at Dispute Resolution moving from the state-owned Ukrainian bank. Over 7 years in the firm she has developed a distinct focus on civil and commercial proceedings related to the intellectual property rights protection (domain names, infringement of trademarks and copyrights), as well as to the family law. Among her prominent cases is successful representation of the client’s interests before the Ukrainian courts in a precedent case on recognition of a German court decision regarding the adoption of the Ukrainian citizen.

Mykola Boichuk joined INTEGRITES in 2019 as Associate in Antitrust and Competition practice. Having 9 years of experience in the field, he has particular expertise in complex investigations and concentrations conducted by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine which involve retrospective analysis of various markets and corporate history. As attorney-in-law, he represents clients in unfair competition cases relating to consumer rights protection and other antitrust and competition related issues. Mykola has been involved in advising leaders in various industries, among which are AKW Kaolin Company, Dominoni, KFC, OSTCHEM, Sibelco Group, Wärtsilä.
