Volodymyr Rudnychenko acted as a moderator at the VIII AAU Criminal Law and Process Forum

Volodymyr Rudnychenko, Counsel, Head of White Collar Crime Practice at INTEGRITES, acted as moderator of the session “Legal Practice — Curiosities of Criminal Law” at the VIII AAU Criminal Law and Process Forum, held on December 7 in Kyiv.

During the session, participants discussed a number of important issues, including: appealing a suspicious alert, returning a property seized during a search, announcing an international search, and prosecuting a company.
