INTEGRITES partner Viktoriya Fomenko spoke at Ukrainian Business Forum 2019

Viktoriya Fomenko, Partner and Head of Tax and Customs at INTEGRITES, took part in the discussion “Protection and management of private capital: everything a client needs to know”, which was held during the Ukrainian Business Forum 2019.

Viktoriya Fomenko spoke about the structuring of inheritance relations, in particular, peculiarities of inheriting property in Ukraine by the law of the country and by testament, even if the property is located in several jurisdictions.

She also focused on the alternative methods of asset structuring, risks that may arise during their use, as well as taxation peculiarities for inherited property.
