On December 15, 2022, Oleksiy Feliv, Managing Partner at INTEGRITES, spoke at the Austrian-Ukrainian business forum in Vienna, Austria. The event was organized by the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO), the Embassy of Ukraine in Austria and the Embassy of Austria in Ukraine.
Oleksiy Feliv took part in the panel discussion “Rebuild Ukraine: energy and greentech” together with Yaroslav Demchenkov, Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, and Svitlana Hrynchuk, Deputy Minister of Ecology of Ukraine. The panel was moderated by Olena Rybak, Managing Director at iC consulenten Ukraine.
In his presentation, Oleksiy described the current stage of harmonizing the EU and Ukraine energy regulations and highlighted that the reform of the national energy market has continued throughout the war. He also emphasized that the reconstruction of the energy infrastructure would be one of the key goals of the Ukraine recovery plan.
At the forum Advantage Austria in Ukraine and INTEGRITES announced establishing the Greentech club to promote cooperation between Austrian and Ukrainian companies in the rebuilding of Ukraine and the greentech transition of business in both countries.
Oleksiy Feliv: "Having German desk within the firm, INTEGRITES has built strong ties with many clients from Austria, Ukraine’s long-standing strategic partner. We are pleased that the bilateral forum in Vienna kicked off the Austrian-Ukrainian Greentech club under the auspices of the Embassy of Austria in Ukraine. Our mutual goal will be to attract private capital to rebuilding the key sectors of the Ukrainian economy, in particular to greentech projects in the energy infrastructure”.
The Austrian-Ukrainian business forum in Vienna was attended by representatives of the governments and more than 200 companies from both countries.
