INTEGRITES reinforces its Energy and Real Estate practices with the hiring of a Senior Associate Kostiantyn Silkin and an Associate Serhii Datsiv. They will advise clients on project implementation, including land, construction, regulatory and specific real estate issues.

Kostiantyn Silkin has over 15 years of experience gained in Kyiv offices of national and international law firms, including Big 4 ones. He graduated from Odessa National Maritime University and obtained LL.M degree at Central European University (Budapest, Hungary). Kostiantyn combines profound experience in land, real estate and construction issues with a strong industry focus. He assisted clients from metallurgy, agriculture, transport and retail sectors on land lease and sale-purchase agreements, real estate acquisitions, construction contracts and on overall project implementation issues.

Serhii Datsiv has 8-year experience working for Kyiv-based offices of the leading international law firms. He obtained master’s degree at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Serhii is particularly competent in the renewable energy projects. He advised renewables developers and foreign investors on legal due diligence and acquisition of the project companies, feed-in tariff regulations, grid connection, construction and land matters, including drafting all types of the project documentation. He has also represented clients’ interests before the local courts.
