Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES, became a speaker at IBA* 2020 – Virtually Together Conference in the session “Advocacy: the dos and don’ts on which senior judges and arbitrators agree and disagree”. The session took place on 23 November 2020.
She told about the written advocacy and its peculiarities for Ukrainian litigation and international arbitration. Having participated as counsel and arbitrator in more than 130 arbitral proceedings in more than 10 jurisdictions, she shared recommendations on how to structure a written submission in a clear, logic and reader-friendly manner.

Every year the organization gathers its members for the annual conference to exchange their latest updates, knowledge and valuable insights. This year the conference took place online for the first time. It lasted for 4 weeks, between 2-27 November 2020, and included more than 250 sessions.
